Rules for Registration & Admission
- Students seeking admission to the school are to get their name registered in the month of January. Admissions are purely done on the basis of written test and viva.
- Application form should be properly filled in with good handwriting. Incomplete application may be rejected.
- Children who have completed 5 years as on 31 March are eligible for admission in Class I. Corresponding age limits are applicable to all classes.

Selected students are required to furnish the following documents at the time of admission:
- Date of Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.
- Two passport size photographs.
- Transfer Certificate from previous institution.
- Mark sheet of last examination/Migration/Registration.
- Medical Certificate of General Health from a medical practitioner.

Rules & Regulations
R.B.S. Vidya Vihar School strongly believes that the rules heroin inscribed are for the safety of the children and for an order that instils within the students a rear of well-being and of being taken care of. Our disciplinary standards are highly commendable, because we have to go an extra mile in the quest of self-disciple. We strongly believe that academic success and discipline are inseparable. We do not compromise our standards and this is one of the strongest pillars of our reputations.
Parents and Guardians may please note that the regulations mentioned below are adhered to by them and instilled in their wards.
- Students are required to bring their school diary everyday
- Parents are requested to see the school diary and sign the same as proof of their having checked it.
- If a student comes late to school or is in improper uniform, he/she is likely to be sent back home.
- Students must come to school wearing proper uniforms.
- Personal cleanliness, hygiene and neatness are expected at all times. Hair must be cut/pinned/plaited and combed property, Nails must be kept clean and shipped Boys must keep their hair trimmed and neat Hairstyles or coloured hair is not allowed.
- Students are not allowed to bring two wheelers and four wheelers to school. Cell phones, digital watches, toys, calculators, video games, pen drives, DVDs, CDs, etc are forbidden in the school. Students who bring any of the above items are liable to be penalised.
- It is mandatory for all students to speak only in English on the school campus. Serious steps will be taken against those found speaking vernacular In school at any time.
- Students must submit the application for leave duly signed by the parents to the class teacher Incase of illness they must submit a medical certificate for more than four days of absence.
- Students are expected to maintain a positive attitude, respect teachers, follow school norms and good behaviour. Parents must encourage children to be disciplined so that the children may remain happy during the school hours.
